CITY OF HERON LAKE
ZONING BOARD HEARING NOTICE
The Zoning Board for the City of Heron Lake will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at 6:00 P.M. in the Seniors’ Room in the Community Center Building at 312 10th Street to consider the following application:
• New Vision Cooperative, for a Conditional Use Permit for a variance to height regulations on property at 805 2nd Avenue, Block 2, Heron Lake Original Town. New Vision proposes to replace a bin that exceeds 40 feet in height.
Persons wishing to be heard on this application are requested to be present at this meeting. If it is not possible to be at the meeting, you may express your opinion in writing to the Zoning Board. Any such correspondence should be addressed to the Zoning Board, City of Heron Lake, P.O. Box 315, Heron Lake, MN 56137, and may be mailed or dropped off at City Hall.
