Lots for Sale by bids
The City of Brewster has for sale three lots in the City of Brewster. The first lot has a small buildable area. Lot 2 is too small to be built on. Lot 3 can be built on, but home must be built on within one year. Minimum bid is $300.00 per lot. Bids will be accepted until lots are sold. Bids will be considered at the next regular city council meeting on the first Wednesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. Sale will be by quick claim, no abstract.
Lot #1: Lot 12, Block 23 of Beaton’s Subdivision. Size of lot is 53’x150’; buildable area is 13’ x 110’
Lot #2: Lot 1, Block 25 of Berreau’s Subdivision of Block 25; Size of lot is a triangle 125.5’x82.7’x93.7’: This lot has no buildable area
Lot #3: Lot 3, and vacated alleys between lots 2 & 3 and lots 3 & 4 Block 14 Original plat of Hersey: Bids on this lot must have home built on within one year. Size of lot is 92’x159’: Buildable area is 72’ x 109’. Maximum coverage is 30% of lot size
