NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF A PORTION OF RAILROAD AVENUE PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTE §412.8511
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City Council on the 10th day of August, 2016, in the City Hall located at 098 Main Street at 6:15 p.m. to consider a proposed vacation of a portion of Railroad Avenue street located between the Main Street and the Round Lake city limits legally described as:
Part of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 101 North, Range 39 West in the City of Round Lake described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Block 1, City of Round Lake plat, thence, North 00 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds West on an extension of the East line of Block 3 of said Round Lake plat, a distance of 85.60 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 00 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds East, along the extension of said East line, a distance of 12.00 feet; thence North 51 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds West, parallel with the Northeasterly line of said Block 1, a distance of 287.10 feet; thence North 00 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 12.00 feet; thence South 51 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds East, parallel with the Northeasterly line of said Block 1, a distance of 287.10 feet, to the point of beginning.
