11:30 AM Deputies investigated a 2 vehicle accident on CR 3 (330th Ave.) south of 760th St. in Round Lake Township. A 2014 Chevy Silverado driven by Patrick Raye of Superior, WI was attempting to enter a driveway as it crossed CR 3 and collided with a 2016 Chevy Equinox driven by Monica Kuhnau of Lakefield. No injuries. Moderate damage to Kuhnau’s vehicle and light damage to Raye’s vehicle.

6:18 PM Deputies investigated an alleged domestic assault in Jackson. 34 year old Ricky Ybarra of Jackson was arrested and booked on Felony 2nd Degree Assault and Felony Domestic Assault.
6:41 PM Deputies attempted to do a welfare check in Jackson on a female party who was reported to appear distressed while walking down the street. Deputies were unable to locate the party.
9:23 PM Deputies assisted the MN State Patrol on I-90. 48 year old Brent Stern of Round Lake was arrested on a Jackson County warrant for Fail To Appear.
